The public website

The TransferMyHost marketing website explains our hosting migration service. It does not collect hosting credentials, process payments, create accounts or start migrations. Those actions take place separately in the TransferMyHost app .

Information you provide

If you email support@transfermyhost.com , the information you include is used to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, API tokens or payment card details by email. Use the authorised credential workflow in the app for migrations.

Technical information

When you request a webpage, your browser sends connection information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser details. The hosting server may record this information in access and error logs to operate the website, diagnose errors and investigate misuse.

This website does not set cookies or use browser storage. Optional event analytics are disabled in the default website configuration. See our cookie policy for details.

App and migration information

The app separately handles customer accounts, billing, migration records and source credentials. Check the notices and terms presented in the app before providing that information. The public website’s security page explains the intended migration credential lifecycle.

External destinations

Links to the app, documentation and system-status service take you to separate services. Information handling there depends on the service you use and its published notices.
